At DEOC Cosmetics, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
